Does the painting look exactly like the picture? 
Every painting we sell is 100% hand painted with oil on canvas. Since it's impossible to paint the exact same painting every time, the artwork you receive may vary slightly in color and texture from the sample photo. This is what makes our hand painted artwork more valuable than prints. Make sure to examine the paintings before removing the protective plastic. 
 
Is your canvas art hand painted?
Yes, all our canvas art is hand painted. Each piece has multiple hours in it. If you look closely at our images you can see the detail and brush strokes from the artist.
 
How do I order? 
Ordering is fast, safe, and convenient. Simply place the painting you want to order in your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button located either next to the product, or on the product page. When are you ready to checkout, you can do so from the cart page.
 
What forms of payment do you accept? 
We accept all major credit cards. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. We accept the trusted Paypal.com.
 
What is the difference between your oil paintings and the prints I see for sale? 
Prints that you can find on many sites on the Internet are just printed images of original paintings. Our oil paintings are actually hand-painted. These paintings are made by over 30 talented artists across the globe. This is your chance to buy some of the most stunning and eye-catching art on the Internet.
 
Are these oil paintings made by a computer or are they hand painted? 
The oil paintings on this website are entirely hand made. They are not machine generated. Individual artists make these paintings. Brush stroke by brush stroke these artists paint each piece.
 
Why are your prices so low? 
WallArtSupply.com specializes in providing low cost, hand painted oil paintings. We have worked to establish a relationship with our suppliers and have their permission to sell these paintings at the lowest prices possible.
 
Do your paintings come ready to hang? 
Yes, our paintings all come gallery wrapped and ready to hang! No frame is needed since that are all gallery wrapped on the sides. Each painting will come carefully wrapped and packaged. The back of each piece will include a string for a simple hanging experience.
 
How long will I have to wait for my painting? 
Your painting usually leaves the supplier facility within 24 hours (on weekdays). We have about 97% of our paintings in stock and ready to ship! We ship FedEx Ground from Missouri. We can usually get to both coasts within 3-4 business days.
 
What precautions are taken to ship the painting safely to the customer? 
Due to the caliber of the product, we take extra care to ship it to you safely. Each piece has corner protectors and is wrapped very tightly in a secure clear wrap. We ship over 2500 paintings a month and we don't ever run into damages. Your package will get to you in perfect condition.
 
How much are the shipping charges? 
Shipping is FREE in the U.S, except AK and HI. Other customers must contact us for shipping charges before making their purchase.
 
What is your Return Policy? 
All sales are final. Due to the fact that we purchase our art directly from the artists, we are unable to offer any refunds. We are able to offer exchanges or store credit for art that arrive damaged or in error.  In order to return a product for one of these reasons, you must obtain an RMA number from our website or by contacting our customer support team. 
 
Is ordering online safe? 
In today's commerce, online shopping is becoming more and more popular. In this climate, it is highly important that you, the customer, will receive absolute payment security. That is why our web site uses SSL technology. We do not collect or store your payment information with or on our servers. Your payment information is collected over a secure connection by one of our payment gateway providers (PayPal.com). 
 
Do you sell worldwide? 
Yes, we accept international orders. However, additional shipping charges are required. Contact our customer support team before ordering to obtain international shipping quotes.
